• The delivered product is significantly different from the description.

Return Request Time

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.

• Products damaged by misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Titan Mart BD.
